As a medical herbalist with 18 years experience in the health care profession, I have been able to study many facets of healing. I began my career in pharmacy and then progressed into both our traditional methods of healing, and the cutting edge approaches to healthcare. Six years ago I graduated with a first class honours degree in Herbal Medicine, and more recently became a Registered Hypnotherapist, Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy (NLP & TLT).

In my capacity as a medical herbalist, I also lecture and supervise the clinical training in herbal echidnae at Leeds University. I am committed to my development as a health professional, and attend advanced training courses in herbal medicine, hypnotherapy and NLP on a regular basis. Since graduating I have run a successful practice in London and I'm now well established here in Manchester

As an active member of the Education department of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH), I am well respected in the herbal medicine community. The NIMH is the oldest governing body for Herbal Medicine - it sets the Gold standard for training and development of the profession. I am also on the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) which is the administrating agency for the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). These bodies are working with the Department of Health to regulate Hypnotherapists.
