Hayley has been a Medical Herbalist for five years and trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy (TLT) and Hypnotherapy in the last two years. These trainings have given her the tools to improve on what she already did naturally - encouraging change and inspiration. She believes that the only way to achieve success when working with individuals is to treat them as just that - individuals. This means gaining a real understanding of a person's situation before tailoring a truly individual approach that helps you to achieve exactly what you want. In Hayley's five years in practice she has worked in many clinic settings, and has now established a practice 'Foreman & Jones' in Sandgate, Kent with fellow herbalist Jodie Foreman. Hayley feels passionately about encouraging those people who want to make changes in their lives and their futures, to achieve those changes. |
